Breathwork is a powerful somatic practice that uses conscious breathing patterns to release emotional, mental, and physical blockages stored in the body. It helps regulate the nervous system, reduce anxiety, ease depression, and even shift physical pain. Whether you’re processing trauma, feeling emotionally stuck, or simply craving connection with yourself again, breathwork is a pathway home.
We store everything—unprocessed emotions, trauma, stress—in our bodies. Over time, this buildup can show up as chronic tension, emotional numbness, fatigue, or even illness. Breathwork helps you release these layers by bypassing the thinking mind and accessing the deeper intelligence of the body.

A Safe Space for Your Process
Every session at Temple Wellness is guided by trauma-informed care. You remain in full control of your body and experience—I hold space.
I was trained and certified through SOMA+IC, the #1 trauma-informed breathwork program, and accredited by Arizona State University. Safety, consent, and nervous system integrity are the foundation of this work.
I combine structured breath patterns with grounding techniques, energy healing, intuitive support, and empathic guidance, in each session. Your experience may be emotional, cathartic, gentle, or deeply insightful—it’s always your own.
What to Expect
When you arrive for your breathwork session at Temple Wellness, you’ll be welcomed into a peaceful, private sanctuary. The space is intentionally set with soft music, calming aromatherapy, and a warm presence to help you settle in and start to unwind. This is your time—your body leads, and I’m here to hold space for whatever arises.
To help you prepare:
Please avoid eating a full meal within 2 hours of your session. Light snacks are okay.
Avoid drinking excessive water an hour before we begin to stay physically comfortable.
You’ll be asked to silence your phone, and you’ll be offered use of the restroom before we begin.
We’ll start with a grounding meditation and intention-setting to connect to your body, breath, and whatever you're carrying into the space. From there, we’ll move into the breathwork journey, which is divided into two distinct phases:
Part 1: Activation
You’ll breathe rhythmically in and out of the mouth. This pattern gently activates your sympathetic nervous system (your fight-or-flight response), allowing stored emotional energy, suppressed experiences, or tension to rise to the surface. It’s common to experience tingling, temperature shifts, or waves of emotion here.
Part 2: Integration
We’ll shift to breathing in through the nose and slowly extending the exhale. This helps your body return to a regulated state by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. Breath holds are incorporated throughout to support introspection, emotional release, or moments of deep stillness.
Safety & Choice First
You are always 100% in control of your experience. There is no right or wrong way to breathe. If at any point you need to pause, adjust, or shift the pace, you are encouraged to do so. Your breathwork journey is your own—and my role is to create a safe, grounded container for you to explore, express, and release in whatever way feels supportive.
I hold each session with the utmost care, using my training, trauma-informed lens, and intuitive sensitivity to ensure you feel safe, seen, and empowered throughout.

At Temple Wellness, breathwork is more than a technique—it’s an invitation to return to your body, clear emotional weight, and experience deep energetic alignment. Whether you’re just beginning your healing journey or returning home to yourself in a new way, these sessions are created to support you with presence, care, and intuition.
Private 1:1 Breathwork Session – 60 minutes | $111
A sacred one-on-one journey tailored to your nervous system, emotional state, and intention. This session includes personalized breath guidance, trauma-informed facilitation, and intuitive support—sometimes integrating energy healing, light touch (when consented), or oracle guidance if it feels aligned.
This is your space to release, reconnect, and remember.
Small Group Breathwork Session – 120 minutes | $65 per person
A collective journey through breath, heart, and healing.
This 2-hour experience is more than a breathwork session—it’s a sacred space to reconnect with your body, soften your heart, and share in community healing. We’ll begin with a guided breathwork journey in a small, supportive group setting, followed by a heart-opening ceremonial cacao ritual to ground, reflect, and integrate what has surfaced.
Cacao is a powerful plant ally that supports emotional release, spiritual connection, and softening into the heart. Combined with breathwork, it helps deepen your ability to feel and process what your body has been holding onto.
The session includes 1 live group integration call 48 hours after the initial session to nurture the integration process.
This experience is trauma-informed, intuitively guided, and deeply held.
Great for beginners, community connection, or regular energetic maintenance.
Integration & Energy Support Session – 30 minutes | $65
Need a check-in or light energetic reset? This shorter session includes intuitive conversation, energy healing, grounding techniques, and oracle guidance. No breathwork included.
Ideal for follow-up care or energetic support between journeys.
